Biography
Boss of the illegal pilot organization Double-Headed Axe. Her true identity is a homologous clone of the original Kagura Shioten, working in the shadows to free the world from the control of the AIDA Protocol master AI Izanami. She looks headstrong at a glance, but at root she is kind and caring toward others.
